Product ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
All items ordered will be delivered maximum in 3-7 working days from the order placed date, this excludes mercantile and public holidays and ETA can be affected on other conditions such as whether conditions and country situations beyond our control
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return you should inform us within these 14 days via Whatsapp or call, and at the time we receive your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Must also be with original tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
However, exchange is possible only once and already exchanged product will not be exchanged again
Items purchased on Srisell website can be exchanged in Srisell store, visit our store with your item between 10am to 8pm on any day of the week convenient to you. Please note that the exchange amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase
Oder cancellation
To cancel an order please inform us via Whatsapp or call within 24 hours from order placed time, any request raised later than that, and once the order dispatched shipping charges will be incurred.
Missing or damaged
We always check the item quality and condition before the shipment however please check you item at the delivery point if you found any missing or damaged product contact us immediately via Whatsapp or phone calls, we will exchange it for you with no additional cost to you, however we will not serve any request made on damaged or missing items thereafter
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

- Innerwear
- Cosmetics
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Damaged or Defective Items
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
