Condition on returns
Any product you purchased and received must be checked for its condition, and if you notice any product you received is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, you may request for a return within 7days for the items you ordered from Individual sellers and within 14 days for the item you orders from srisell store, from the delivery date.
If you are a seller you must accept if customers request a return due to damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete items, within 7 days from the delivery date. You should take effort to satisfy your customers to maintain your reputation and be customer oriented with your presales and after sales services when you sell items in srisell In order to serve your customer better and to keep the srisell community as a better place to buy from.
Although we encourage our sellers to accept returns, but for some items sellers post in our website will not be able to do so, therefore we encourage our buyers to check if the posted item page specifically says that particular item can be returned after purchasing or not. If it’s not mentioned in the product post page it’s your responsibility to ask from the seller whether you can return that specific item before you place the order.
For selected items returns will not be applicable and for some selected categories we do accept change of mind, those items category names will be updated in this page in a timely manner.
If any item you purchased and used has any issue after the return time period and if it has an additional warranty time period you may request the seller to assist you with that issue within that warranty time period. Those warranty agreement you must check and receive at the time you get your items delivered to you and retain in safe manner to claim your warranties.
If you want to return any received item you must return it in same condition you received it and please make sure to return that particular item including all accessories, original tags, warranty cards, user manuals and other free stuff you received with that item in received condition.
If you return any product make sure not to damage the original packaging of the item and it must be returned in same condition you received it
For us to accept your return you need to make sure you haven’t used the item in what so every, removed its original tags, stickers, damaged, altered, and item must be in acceptable condition to us and we reserve the right to refuse your return request and send the item back to you.
If you received any item damaged, different item size other than the ordered size, missing some parts or accessories, not functioning you reserve the right to return such items immediately or within the return time period of that particular item.
All sellers must accept customer returns within 7 days time frame, and if srisell request seller to accept the refund where we find that customer request is genuine and the customer can’t be satisfied by exchanging or replacing with another item they must refund the payment they received in full to the customer. However except for Srisell store items srisell will not take any responsibility on Sellers and customers decisions on exchange and refund situations, neither Srisell will compensate customers or sellers for the losses that occurs due to buying or selling product in our website. All transactions must be carried out on their own risk. We srisell assist the genuine party to a certain extent in our capacity by evaluating such scenarios, and if we found any party which has not being reasonable to the other in our community, we will not be hesitate to suspend and remove their account permanently from our website, and Srisell reserve the right to take such actions without giving prior notice to any.
Any Refund and exchange request will be processed in timely manner, however no seller should exceed maximum of 30 days to offer a satisfying result to their customers, and we will be monitoring customer satisfaction level with each individual seller to control the quality of our community.
